These Terms of Service govern your use of the Seamless Color Works website and your purchase of products or services from Seamless Color Works. By accessing this website, submitting an order, or requesting custom work, you agree to these Terms.

1. Custom-Made Products
 

Most Seamless Color Works products are custom prepared, smoothed, painted, or color-matched according to the information provided by the customer. Because these products are made specifically for each order, customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, compatibility information, selections, and customization instructions before submitting an order.

2. Color-Matching Disclaimer
 

Seamless Color Works uses the vehicle’s paint code and other information provided by the customer to achieve the closest possible color match.
 

Minor variations may occur because of the vehicle’s age, sun exposure, previous paintwork, surface material, paint-batch differences, environmental conditions, or normal changes to the vehicle’s original finish.
 

Colors displayed in website photographs, digital proofs, and electronic communications may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings. Digital images should not be considered a guarantee of an exact physical color appearance.

3. Vehicle Information, Paint Codes and Fitment
 

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including the vehicle’s:

• Year

• Make

• Model

• Trim level

• VIN

• Factory paint code

• Bed length or other applicable measurements

• Requested color scheme

• Selected product options
   

Customers should verify their paint code using the manufacturer’s label, commonly located inside the driver-side door jamb or B-pillar.
 

Seamless Color Works is not responsible for incorrect color matching, fitment problems, production delays, or replacement expenses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
 

Products ordered using incorrect vehicle information, paint codes, measurements, or selections are not eligible for a refund, return, exchange, or complimentary replacement.

4. Product Photographs and Descriptions
 

We make reasonable efforts to display products and finishes accurately. However, product photographs may show optional configurations, previous custom work, lighting differences, or features that are not included with every order.

Customers should review the product description and selected options to determine exactly what is included. If you are unsure about a product’s compatibility or configuration, contact Seamless Color Works before ordering.

​

5. Prices and Payment
 

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, optional upgrades, and customization costs may be added during checkout or through a custom quote.
 

Full payment may be required before materials are ordered or production begins. Seamless Color Works reserves the right to correct pricing or product-description errors and to decline or cancel an order when necessary. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.

6. Order Acceptance and Production
 

Submitting payment or receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has entered production. An order may require additional information, compatibility verification, design approval, or receipt of a customer-supplied part before production begins.
 

Production begins after Seamless Color Works has received all required payments, selections, vehicle details, paint information, approvals, and customer-supplied parts, when applicable.

7. Turnaround Times
 

Typical production time is approximately two to four weeks. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed completion date.

​

Turnaround time may be affected by:

• Product availability

• Paint or material availability

• Custom-design complexity

• Missing vehicle or paint information

• Delayed customer approvals

• Weather or curing conditions

• Shipping-carrier delays

• High order volume

• Circumstances outside our reasonable control
   

Orders requiring customer-supplied parts do not enter production until the parts arrive and are inspected.

Shipping time is separate from production time. Tracking information will be provided when the completed order is prepared for shipment.

8. Cancellations
 

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting Seamless Color Works.

After the 24-hour cancellation period, orders cannot be canceled because materials may have been ordered and custom production may have begun. Custom-request deposits, design fees, completed work, and production costs are nonrefundable unless Seamless Color Works agrees otherwise in writing.

9. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
 

All custom-painted, color-matched, modified, special-order, and made-to-order products are final sale.

​

Seamless Color Works does not accept returns or exchanges and does not provide refunds for:

• Customer preference changes

• Incorrect vehicle information

• Incorrect paint codes

• Incorrect product or option selections

• Minor color variations

• Fitment issues caused by inaccurate information

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper installation

• Customer-caused damage
   

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.

10. Shipping Customer-Owned Parts
 

Customers who ship their existing parts to Seamless Color Works are responsible for:

• Properly cleaning and packaging the parts

• Selecting a trackable shipping service

• Paying inbound shipping costs

• Purchasing sufficient shipping insurance

• Retaining tracking and shipment documentation
   

Seamless Color Works is not responsible for customer-owned parts that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged before being received by us.
 

If a customer-supplied part arrives damaged, unsuitable for refinishing, previously repaired, or materially different from what was described, we may pause the project and contact the customer about additional work, replacement requirements, pricing, or return shipping.

11. Outbound Shipping and Delivery
 

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Seamless Color Works is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect addresses or information supplied by the customer.
 

Tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery dates supplied by carriers are estimates and are outside Seamless Color Works’ control.

12. Shipping Damage and Order Inspection
 

Customers must inspect their order promptly after delivery.
 

Any missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported to Seamless Color Works within 14 days of delivery. Reports should include:

• The order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product

• Photographs of the shipping box and packaging

• Photographs of any visible shipping damage

• Any additional information reasonably requested
   

Customers should retain the product, original box, and all packaging materials while a claim is being reviewed.

If damage was caused by the shipping carrier, Seamless Color Works is not responsible for the carrier’s damage charges. However, we will reasonably assist with the carrier-claim process when appropriate.
 

If an order is not inspected and reported within 14 days of delivery, Seamless Color Works and the applicable shipping carrier are not responsible for subsequently reported damage, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Limited One-Year Warranty
 

Seamless Color Works provides a one-year limited warranty on eligible color-matched parts. The warranty begins on the date the order is delivered.
 

The warranty covers verified paint defects caused by Seamless Color Works’ materials or workmanship.
 

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Rock chips, scratches, dents, or impact damage

• Accidents or collisions

• Improper installation or removal

• Modification of the product

• Misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance

• Harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning products

• Automatic car-wash damage

• Road debris

• Environmental exposure

• Sun fading or changes to the vehicle’s existing paint

• Shipping damage

• Damage caused by another person, installer, or business

• Problems unrelated to Seamless Color Works’ paintwork
   

Warranty claims must be submitted using the required warranty process and must include detailed written information and clear photographs. Seamless Color Works may request additional documentation or inspection of the product.

We reserve the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a covered paint defect. Approved warranty remedies may include repair, repainting, or another remedy selected by Seamless Color Works. Warranty coverage does not automatically include removal, installation, vehicle downtime, or unrelated shipping expenses.
 

14. Installation
 

Unless expressly stated otherwise, installation is not included with the purchase of a product.

Customers are responsible for verifying fitment before painting, drilling, modifying, or installing a product. Professional installation is recommended when appropriate.
 

Seamless Color Works is not responsible for damage, injury, fitment problems, labor charges, or other expenses resulting from improper installation, removal, modification, or use.

15. Custom Requests and Quotes
 

Custom requests are subject to review and acceptance. Submitting a form, photograph, design idea, or quote request does not obligate Seamless Color Works to accept the project.
 

Custom quotes may be based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Pricing or turnaround time may change if the product’s condition, project requirements, or customer instructions differ from the original information.

The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the final project details before production begins.

16. Website Use
 

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Interfere with the website’s operation or security

• Attempt to access restricted systems or information

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information

• Use the website to violate another person’s rights

• Copy or misuse website content without permission
   

We may suspend access, reject orders, or cancel transactions involving suspected fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

17. Intellectual Property
 

Unless otherwise stated, the Seamless Color Works name, branding, website design, written content, graphics, product photographs, custom designs, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Seamless Color Works.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or commercially used without prior written permission.

​

Submitting reference material to Seamless Color Works confirms that you have the right to use that material for the requested project.

 

18. Third-Party Products and Services

​

Certain products, components, applications, links, payment processors, and shipping services may be supplied or operated by third parties.

​

Seamless Color Works is not responsible for third-party websites, carrier operations, manufacturer defects, service interruptions, or terms imposed by outside providers. Third-party products may also be subject to separate manufacturer warranties.
 

19. Disclaimer of Warranties
 

Except for the express limited warranty stated in these Terms, the website, products, and services are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Seamless Color Works does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free or that every product will appear identical to digital photographs.
 

20. Limitation of Liability
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seamless Color Works will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the website, products, services, installation, shipping, vehicle downtime, lost profits, or loss of use.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Seamless Color Works’ total liability will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

21. Indemnification
 

You agree to indemnify and hold Seamless Color Works harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, inaccurate information, misuse of a product, or infringement of another party’s rights.

22. Privacy
 

Information submitted through the website is handled according to the Seamless Color Works Privacy Policy. By using the website or submitting an order, you acknowledge that necessary information may be shared with payment processors, shipping carriers, website providers, and other service providers involved in completing the transaction.

23. Governing Law
 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to these Terms, the website, or a purchase from Seamless Color Works will be handled in an appropriate court located in Louisiana, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

24. Changes to These Terms
 

Seamless Color Works may update these Terms periodically. Updates become effective when posted on the website unless another effective date is stated.

Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

25. Severability
 

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The unenforceable provision will be limited or modified only as necessary to make it enforceable.

26. Entire Agreement
 

These Terms, together with the applicable product description, order selections, written quote, Privacy Policy, Warranty Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Cancellation Policy, constitute the agreement between the customer and Seamless Color Works regarding the applicable purchase.
