All Seamless Color Works products are custom-made to order. Our typical production turnaround time is approximately 10–20 business days.

Production time begins once payment has been received and all required vehicle information, paint details, product selections, and custom instructions have been confirmed. Delays in providing this information may postpone the start of production.

Business days do not include weekends or recognized holidays. The estimated turnaround time covers production only and does not include shipping or delivery time.

Although we make every effort to complete orders within the estimated timeframe, completion dates are not guaranteed. Parts availability, custom paint requests, order volume, supplier delays, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control may extend production time.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your carrier and tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package and update its tracking status.

We provide a one-year warranty covering defects caused by our workmanship or errors. Any manufacturer warranties that apply to parts used in our products will also be honored according to the manufacturer’s terms.

Customers are responsible for all shipping arrangements and costs related to warranty claims. To submit a claim, customers must complete our warranty claim form and provide all requested information and photos.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Incorrect installation

• Improper handling or misuse

• Normal wear and tear

• Any alterations, modifications, or tampering by the customer

  
  

We are not responsible for damage or defects caused by improper installation or handling. Altering the product in any way will void the warranty.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description of the issue so we can determine the appropriate next steps.

Seamless Color Works is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will work with you and the carrier to file a claim and help reach a resolution.

If your order is not inspected and shipping damage is not reported within 14 days of delivery, Seamless Color Works cannot accept responsibility for the damage. The shipping carrier may also deny claims submitted after this period.

Because all Seamless Color Works products are custom-made to each customer’s specifications, we do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase. After this period, parts may have already been ordered and production may have begun, so the order can no longer be cancelled. If a cancellation is approved after the 24-hour deadline, Seamless Color Works reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover any parts, materials, labor, transaction fees, or other costs already incurred.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at seamlesscolorworks@gmail.com. These concerns will be reviewed according to our Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items Policy and are not considered standard returns or exchanges.
